This book compares the actions taken by the King of Bahrain with those of his uncle the Prime Minister in an attempt to test the following hypothesis: King Hamad bears historical responsibility for the deterioration taking place in Bahrain. The book records all the steps and a project implemented by the king in the first decade of his rule, analyzes the king’s visions for himself and his army, and approaches the role of the crown prince in power.
