Strategy to contain the scientific journal – Al-Bandar Report2

This report is the second report written by Dr. Salah Al-Bandar, Advisor to the Minister of Cabinet Affairs. In this report, Al-Bandar reveals the strategy of Al Khalifa regime to contain the Scholarly Council by creating conflicts within the Shiite sect using elements from within the sect and others from outside it, and the plan to establish (Al-Watan) newspaper as a main tool in creating this conflict for the purpose of weakening the leadership role of the council.
